4. Payment and Licensing

You will receive a software file or license key for use.
License keys are non-transferable and tied to a single user or account.
Recurring payment plans (if any) will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the next billing cycle by emailing: support@pybanger.com

5. Refund Policy

EA & Indicator purchases are non-refundable once the license has been issued or the file has been delivered.
Custom-coded solutions, upgrades, or consultations are also non-refundable unless agreed in writing prior to the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, branding, and written content on this site are the property of pybanger unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, share, or resell any of our code, designs, or content without written permission.

Cracked, pirated, or modified versions are strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

7. Technical Limitations and Downtime

Interruptions due to internet outages
VPS/server downtime
Broker-side slippage or platform errors
Malfunction caused by MT4/MT5 updates or third-party software

Users are advised to run the EA on a stable system and monitor performance regularly.
